The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s national airlines Saudia and Riyadh Air have inked a memorandum of understanding to codeshare flights. The milestone agreement enables travellers to seamlessly book journeys involving both airlines while earning cross-network loyalty perks.

The deal has the potential to strengthen Saudi Arabian air travel competitiveness through strategic partnerships across commercial, digital and support divisions. By optimising routes and resources, passengers stand to benefit from greater destination reach and service access as Riyadh Air readies to take flight in 2025. The agreement also lays groundwork for deeper synergies that cut costs and boost efficiencies down the line.
