WiFi Services Prices Increase in Egypt

Following a rise in the prices of mobile phone charging cards, the prices of WiFi services packages have also seen significant increases, with the 140 GB package offered by telecommunications company WE going up by EGP 79 to EGP 239.4. The 1 TB package now costs EGP 1550.4, after an EGP 500 increase.

Besides the price increases of existing internet packages, new pricing for packages with higher data allowances has been introduced, with Mega, Ultra and Max packages reflecting the updated costs. The prices of Mega packages start at EGP 604.2, and the largest Max package, with the speediest internet, is priced at EGP 2006.4.
