Bahrain-Based Parcel Expands Smart Delivery Services to Saudi Arabia
Parcel is now expanding to Riyadh with a tech-driven platform that connects businesses to on-demand drivers.

Parcel, a company in the Hope Ventures portfolio, has announced its expansion into Saudi Arabia after extending its delivery services to over 3,000 businesses in Bahrain. Founded in 2019, Parcel connects businesses to a network of on-demand drivers via its digital platform, providing a more cost-effective solution for companies that want to avoid managing their own fleets or hiring full-time drivers.
“In Riyadh, we’re taking the first step in bringing our solutions to a new market,” Ali Dhaif, CEO of Parcel, said. “Our goal is to provide businesses with the tools to streamline their delivery operations while cutting down on overhead costs.”
Since launching, the Bahrain-based startup has completed over 1.5 million deliveries, helping businesses reduce costs and simplify logistics. As e-commerce and the demand for faster deliveries continue to grow across the region, more businesses are looking for flexible delivery solutions.
The last-mile delivery market in Saudi Arabia has been experiencing significant growth, driven by the expansion of the e-commerce sector and increased trading activities. In 2020, the market was valued at approximately $285.3 million and is projected to reach $520.9 million by 2030, registering a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.3% from 2021 to 2030. This growth presents a substantial opportunity for logistics companies like Parcel to offer new delivery solutions in the region.
