According to the Egyptian Medical Syndicate, 1,800 Egyptian doctors have volunteered to provide their expertise and assistance to the injured in Gaza. This announcement coincides with ongoing Egyptian medical support to Gaza amid the ongoing Israeli Occupation Forces' attacks against Palestinians.
Al Qahira Al Ikhbariya also reported that Palestinian children diagnosed with cancer were allowed to enter Egypt today via the Rafah Crossing for medical treatment. The ministry has also declared its intention to provide prosthetic limbs to injured Palestinians. On average, about 50 Palestinians are entering Egypt through Rafah daily for medical treatment.
