101-Floor Tower in Dubai Business Bay is Among World’s Tallest
Danube Properties’ Bayz101 will contain 1,346 homes across 2.1 million square feet.

Dubai-based developers Danube Properties’ latest skyscraper project, Bayz101, is a 101-storey structure that’s slated to become one of the 25 tallest towers in the world upon its completion in 2028.
Featuring 1,346 homes in one, two and three-bedroom variations over 2.1 million square feet, Bayz101 will be located in the Business Bay district, with panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Canal, Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah and the shoreline.
This latest super-tall tower will feature an infinity pool, sunset deck, jogging track, kids play area and even its own cricket pitch.
