Anti-Addiction Fund Launches Anti-Drug Campaign in Kafr El Sheikh

For the third year in a row, the Anti-Addiction Fund has launched an awareness campaign against drug abuse in Burullus Lake in Kafr El Sheikh governorate.

The campaign is mainly targeted at the local community of fishermen, spotlighting the dangers of addiction, early detection mechanisms, confidential treatment options, and the benefits of contacting the addiction treatment hotline at 16023.

The Ministry of Solidarity directed the launch of anti-addiction campaigns in order to help protect especially vulnerable populations across Egypt.
