Apple to Open Flagship Store at Diriyah Square
Apple strengthens its Saudi expansion with a new flagship in Diriyah Square, opening after 2026.
Apple has signed a lease to open a flagship store in Diriyah Square, marking its latest move as the company prepares to roll out multiple flagship locations across Saudi Arabia beginning in 2026.
Diriyah is a USD 63.2 billion integrated urban development that has so far awarded more than USD 27 billion in construction contracts. When complete, it is expected to contribute roughly USD 18.6 billion directly to Saudi Arabia’s GDP, create more than 180,000 jobs, and house an estimated 100,000 residents.
The development brings together cultural, commercial and leisure destinations, including museums, retail districts, a university, the Royal Diriyah Opera House, the Diriyah Arena and close to 40 hotels and resorts across two masterplans. It will also include the Royal Golf Club and Wadi Safar, home to a Greg Norman–designed championship golf course, as well as the Royal Equestrian and Polo Club. Diriyah is anchored by the UNESCO World Heritage site of At-Turaif.
