Bassem Youssef & Maz Jobrani To Perform Live in Abu Dhabi May 28th
Taking place at Etihad Arena, the show is part of the inaugural Abu Dhabi Comedy Week, running from May 18th to May 26th.
Egyptian comedian and TV host Bassem Youssef, and American comedian Maz Jobrani, will take over the Etihad Arena with a live comedy show on May 28th, as part of Abu Dhabi’s first Comedy Week 2024.
Bassem Youssef first gained national prominence as the host of ‘Al Bernameg’, a satirical comedy show which focuses on Egyptian politics. The LA-based comedian recently gained global attention with his viral interviews with Piers Morgan about the Palestinian cause.
Meanwhile, Jobrani is known for his roles in popular reality TV shows such as ‘Grey’s Anatomy’, ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ and ‘Shameless’.
Running from May 18th to May 26th, Abu Dhabi Comedy Week will also see a lineup of global comedians like ‘Masters of None’ star Aziz Ansari, American stand-up comedian Tom Segura, Filipino-American comedian Jo Koy, and ‘Bad Friends’ comedic duo Andrew Santino and Bobby Lee.
