Dubai’s First Pilates Festival Lands at Mama Shelter in February 2026

Form Fest, described as Dubai’s first festival dedicated entirely to Pilates, is set to take place at Mama Shelter Dubai from February 7th to 8th, 2026, bringing together local and international instructors for two days of movement-focused programming. Founded by Dubai-based instructor Freyja Rampe, the event will feature reformer and mat classes, technique-led sessions, workshops, and panel discussions, alongside networking opportunities for instructors, studio owners, and Pilates practitioners.
