UAE Public Schools Roll Out Digital Form to Report Bullying

Some public schools in the UAE have introduced a digital reporting form that allows students and parents to confidentially report bullying, safety risks, and health, psychological, or social issues. The move is intended to provide a direct, private channel to school leaders for raising concerns and seeking support within a safer learning environment built on trust and respect.

Submissions made through the form are sent straight to school management and are not visible to any third party, ensuring privacy and data protection. The system is designed to improve communication between students and school leaders and to protect children from risks that could affect their physical or emotional well-being.

The form covers four main reporting areas. The first is unacceptable behaviour, including bullying, verbal or physical assaults, and vandalism. The second is safety risks, such as health, environmental, or security concerns on campus. The third is psychological or social issues, including anxiety, isolation, or stress. The fourth is general feedback where students or parents can share suggestions that may benefit the wider school community.

Complainants may file reports anonymously or include their names. They are asked to provide key details of any incident, such as the time and place, the people involved, and other observations that could help school administrators respond effectively.
