Dubai’s Top Chefs Swap Dishes for an Exclusive One-Night-Only Dinner
Dan Birk and Solemann Haddad are teaming up for a unique four-hands dinner on February 17th.
Two of Dubai’s top chefs are coming together for a one-night-only dining experience that will see them reimagine each other’s signature dishes. Dan Birk, the Executive Chef of Row on 45 and City Social at Grosvenor House, and Solemann Haddad, the culinary mind behind Moonrise, are teaming up for a unique four-hands dinner on February 17th.
The exclusive 12-course menu will blend the chefs’ distinctive styles, with some dishes created collaboratively and others offering their own takes on each other’s creations.
Known for his fine dining expertise, Birk has established Row on 45 as a destination for meticulously crafted cuisine. Haddad, meanwhile, has made a name for himself by merging Middle Eastern flavors with Japanese techniques at his 12-seater Moonrise, one of Dubai’s most talked-about culinary destinations.
Priced at AED 1,545 per person, with an optional grape pairing for AED 1,045, the event will take place at Row on 45, located in Grosvenor House, Dubai Marina. With only 26 seats available, reservations are expected to fill quickly.
