January 7th Declared Paid Public Holiday for Copic Christmas
In a statement marking the occasion, Dr. Madbouly extended his warmest wishes to all Coptic citizens celebrating Christmas.
Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly has announced that Tuesday, January 7, 2025, will be a paid public holiday for employees across government ministries, public authorities, local administrative units, public sector companies, public business sector companies, and private sector companies.
The decision coincides with the celebration of Christmas, though previously scheduled examinations will continue as planned under the supervision of the relevant authorities.
