Ministry of Health Updates Hotline Into 24/7 Unified Services Platform
The 105 hotline now functions as a round-the-clock central platform, offering urgent care coordination, health services access, and support for licensing, complaints and national initiatives.

The Ministry of Health and Population has launched a pilot upgrade of its unified hotline, 105, transforming it into a centralised platform operating 24/7 to deliver comprehensive healthcare services and receive public complaints.
The hotline now offers urgent care coordination, support for national health initiatives, access to specialised services like organ transplants and hearing aids, and mental health support. It also handles licensing inquiries for private facilities and grievance processes for healthcare workers.
