New Administrative Capital To Establish and Lease 30 Embassies
The New Administrative Capital is set to host 30 embassies, which will be leased to a number of African countries.

The New Administrative Capital (NAC) urban development company has just announced that the company plans on building 30 embassies in the NAC to lease them to African countries.
It looks like the NAC will be a major hub for embassies, as they’ve already received requests – with no payments made yet - from 40 unnamed countries to contract lands and builds embassies of their own. Overall, the total area hosting embassies from all around the world is planned to be up to 24 acres.
The first phase of the NAC is almost complete (70% complete to be exact) and includes 8 residential neighbourhoods, the presidential district, schools, universities, and a sports city, amongst other facilities.
