Over 500,000 Pilgrims Arrive in Saudi Arabia for Hajj So Far

The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) reported that by the end May 26th, a total of 532,958 Hajj pilgrims had arrived in Saudi Arabia via air, land, and sea ports. The majority of these pilgrims, 523,729, arrived by air, while 9,210 entered through land ports, and 19 pilgrims came by sea.

Jawazat emphasized its commitment to facilitating the entry process for the pilgrims, leveraging advanced technical equipment and online platforms at international air, land, and sea ports. The directorate has deployed skilled staff proficient in various languages spoken by the pilgrims to ensure smooth and efficient entry procedures.
