PepsiCo has inaugurated its Middle East Regional Headquarters in Riyadh’s King Abdullah Financial District, highlighting its nearly 70-year presence in Saudi Arabia. The opening included the announcement of a SAR 30 million R&D hub focused on regional product innovation, blending global expertise with local consumer preferences.
The company’s longstanding integration into Saudi communities is exemplified by its agricultural partnerships: 100% of potatoes used in its products are sourced from Saudi farms, supporting rural economies and aligning with Vision 2030’s food security objectives.
PepsiCo’s investment extends to human capital. Initiatives like Tamakani and the Youth Impact Studio prioritise upskilling Saudi youth and women. Sustainability remains central, with water replenishment projects returning billions of litres to communities and manufacturing facilities adopting circular waste practices.
The inauguration event, attended by government, business and media leaders, featured interactive showcases of the company’s brands.
