Saudi Film Commission to Host Film Forum in October
The forum will welcome industry experts, production executives and filmmakers from the Arab world and beyond.
The Saudi Film Commission is set to launch the second edition of its Film Forum, scheduled for October 9th to the 12th. Under the oversight of Minister of Culture Prince Badr bin Farhan, the forum will welcome industry experts, production executives and filmmakers from the Arab world and beyond.
The event will feature 30 panel discussions and workshops covering various aspects of filmmaking, including film financing and legal regulations. Additionally, the forum will host a range of events designed to introduce visitors to the film industry, alongside an exhibition showcasing over 130 local, regional and international entities specialising in film production, highlighting the latest opportunities in the field.
The forum aims to develop the film industry in Saudi Arabia by providing a platform to exchange expertise with global counterparts, support emerging companies and enhance the industry's infrastructure.
