Saudi Foreign Ministry Launches Smart App & Embassy Portal

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has launched a new smart mobile application and unified web portal for Saudi embassies abroad, bringing all mission websites together under SaudiEmbassy.sa with a refreshed visual identity and streamlined user experience.

Designed according to the government platform code, the portal consolidates embassy websites under a single digital system to improve accessibility, ensure consistency, and integrate services. It is part of a broader initiative that includes the development of 500 government and semi-government websites to the same standard.

The new mobile app, currently in its first phase, serves as a digital companion for Saudi citizens abroad, offering services such as document issuance, reporting, assistance requests, and appointment booking. Additional features will be introduced in future updates.

Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Executive Affairs Abdulhadi Al-Mansouri announced the launch on behalf of Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan during the Digital Government Forum in Riyadh.

The ministry said the platform and app are central to its digital transformation goals, aiming to make consular and diplomatic services more secure, efficient, and user-friendly. Saudi Arabia’s diplomatic network currently includes 108 embassies and 20 consulates across 109 countries.
