Saudi Non-Oil Exports Hit Record USD 81.86 Billion in H1 2025

Saudi Arabia’s non-oil exports reached USD 81.86 billion (SAR 307 billion) in the first half of 2025, marking the highest semiannual growth on record. The figures were presented during Made in Saudi Expo 2025 in Riyadh, highlighting the impact of industrial and export-led reforms under Vision 2030.

The record performance reflects sustained efforts to expand national industrial capabilities, improve product quality, and increase access to international markets. Export growth has been supported by initiatives focused on local content development, manufacturing scale-up, and global trade integration.

The session also highlighted industrial cooperation opportunities between Saudi Arabia and Syria, particularly in the development of industrial cities and export-oriented manufacturing. Saudi Arabia’s experience in export development and local content frameworks was positioned as a reference model for industrial growth.

Saudi non-oil exports to Syria totalled SAR 1.2 billion during the first nine months of 2025. The industrial sector continues to be framed as a central pillar for economic diversification and regional cooperation, with cross-border investment and manufacturing partnerships playing an increasing role.
