Sheikh Mohammed Releases New Book Marking 60 Years in Service

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has released a new book titled 'Life Has Taught Me' to mark six decades in public service, governance, and life experience.

The book reflects on 60 years in public life, a journey filled with challenges and achievements, crises and joys, sorrows and celebrations, as well as countless surprises.

It distils these decades of experience into lessons centered on ideas, principles, and values rather than projects or positions. The words are intended to be simple, candid, and truthful, speaking directly from heart to heart.

The book is written first for Sheikh Mohammed himself, then for his sons and the people of the UAE, and finally for anyone who may find value in his experiences. The insights collected from his career and personal journey are shared with the hope that they may serve the benefit of both his country and its people.
