Blogger 'Suzy Al Ordoniyya' Sentenced to 2 Years in Prison Following Viral TikTok
Egyptian blogger Suzy Ayman, known as "Suzy Al Ordoneya," was sentenced to two years in prison, a fine of EGP 300,000, and bail set at EGP 100,000 after being accused of verbally abusing her father during a livestream on TikTok using "indecent language." The sentence was issued by the Juvenile Court.
During her interrogation by the public prosecution, Suzy stated that her father had taken money she earned through TikTok and refused to return it. She mentioned that she had argued with him during the livestream and did not realize that thousands were watching her.
The security forces had arrested Suzy on Egypt’s North Coast for allegedly violating "family values".
