Trump Organization Expands Presence With Two New Projects in Riyadh

The Trump Organization has announced two new real estate projects in Riyadh, as part of its ongoing collaboration with Dar Global, a London-based luxury developer. The projects will lease the Trump brand while being fully owned and developed by Dar Global, which has previously partnered with the organisation on ventures in Dubai, Jeddah and Oman.

“Following the remarkable success of Trump International Oman, we are thrilled to announce these two additional projects in Riyadh,” shared Eric Trump, US President-elect Donald Trump’s son and overseer of the company’s real estate interests.

This expansion marks another chapter in the Trump Organization’s international portfolio, which includes developments in Canada, India and Turkiye. Dar Global, the global arm of Dar Al Arkan, boasts a USD 7.5 billion portfolio across multiple countries, cementing its position as a leading luxury developer in the region.
