UAE Team Emirates-XRG Claims Victory in 2025 Milano-Torino Race

UAE Team Emirates-XRG’s Isaac del Toro claimed victory in the 2025 Milano-Torino, becoming the first-ever rider to win the historic race while representing UAE Team Emirates-XRG.

At 21 years old, Del Toro secured his first career one-day race win, marking a milestone for both himself and UAE Team Emirates-XRG. His triumph also makes him the first Mexican cyclist to win Milano-Torino in the race’s 149-year history.

“I am super happy about it, the team worked really hard for this,” Del Toro tells SceneNowUAE. “This is my first victory this year, and I cannot be more happy. I really enjoy this race, and I cannot believe I made it. In the end, I played my cards, and it is so special.”

Milano-Torino is the world’s oldest cycling Classic, first held in 1876, with the Superga climb last featured in 2021.
