Ramadan Heroes Returns for Seventh Edition to Boost UAE Donations

Dubai Culture and Arts Authority has launched the seventh edition of its humanitarian initiative Ramadan Heroes, in collaboration with talabat UAE and the Emirates Red Crescent.
The campaign aims to increase charitable donations during Ramadan and throughout the year by providing accessible digital channels for community contributions. Organised under the theme ‘Celebrating the Spirit of Giving,’ the initiative encourages residents to donate iftar meals, food parcels, Eid clothing and sadaqa to support underprivileged families and individuals across the UAE.
Donations are processed through the Ramadan Heroes virtual charity on the talabat UAE app, with items delivered to beneficiaries in coordination with Emirates Red Crescent teams. The organisers said the platform offers secure and streamlined procedures to ensure contributions reach recipients promptly.
Ramadan Heroes forms part of Dubai Culture’s participation in the broader ‘Ramadan in Dubai’ campaign under the Season of Wulfa, which seeks to strengthen family bonds and promote Emirati social values.
Organisers said the campaign will remain accessible throughout Ramadan and beyond, allowing residents to contribute to humanitarian efforts year-round.
