Amna Al Qubaisi Named Amongst TIME’s 100 Most Influential in Sports

Amna Al Qubaisi is officially amongst the people shaping the future of sport.
The Emirati racing driver has been named in TIME’s inaugural TIME100 Most Influential People in Sports, standing as the list’s only Arab representative among a global group of athletes, leaders and sporting figures including the likes of Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lebron James.
From becoming the first Emirati woman to race professionally internationally to competing in F1 Academy and making history in Porsche Carrera Cup Asia, Al Qubaisi has spent years pushing the boundaries of what’s possible for women in motorsport and her inclusion marks a significant moment for Arab sports.
