Gates of Agartha Music Festival to Land in Istanbul October 10th-13th

Gates of Agartha, a new regional electronic music festival, is bringing its mythical underground kingdom to the historical peninsula of Tersane Istanbul with a world-class lineup of electronic acts from October 10th to October 13th.

The festival - brought by the same mind behind acclaimed event series Echoes From Agartha, which is hosted annually in Cappadocia, Turkey - has quickly built a reputation in the dance music circuit for its futuristic aesthetics and unusual yet epic historical locations, offering a unique blend of mythology, culture and music.

Gates of Agartha will see prominent global DJs like Ame, Avangart Tabldot, Bedouin, Camelphat, Jimi Jules, Golfos’ Dennis Cruz, Pawsa, Nadu, Nadav Dagon and Zoe Dona, performing for three days against the stunning backdrop of the Naval Shipyard in the heart of Tersane.

The festival will kickstart with a theatrical opening ceremony, offering attendees a glimpse into the legacy of Istanbul as the capital of Rome and the Ottomans, with the company of a thumping live set by Nadav Dagon.

As the sun sets down, a beach club cocktail party will be set against the Golden Horn backdrop with a breathtaking view of the monuments from the imperial era.  The festival will also offer an exclusive boat tour along the Bosphorus with a dinner inspired by classic Turkish cuisine for those who will purchase the full experience.
