FTA Puts Arab Fashion in the Global Spotlight at Harrods

London’s Harrods has unveiled an exclusive showcase featuring the latest collections from Fashion Trust Arabia Prize winners, including Egyptian footwear brand Ramla, London-Cairo Label Nadine Mos, Qatari-Egyptian brand Yasmin Mansour, and Saudi jewellery house, Apoa.

“Eight years ago it was a dream. Today it feels real,” Reem Hamed, founder of Ramla, tells Scene Styled. “It makes me proud to present an Egyptian footwear brand at Harrods in London.”

The Harrods x FTA initiative transforms the luxury retailer’s Fashion Lab into a platform for rising Arab creatives whose design philosophies merge heritage with innovation. Alongside Ramla, the curated lineup includes Yasmin Mansour, one of the region’s early pioneers in sustainable luxury evening wear whose designs blur the line between conceptual and couture; Nadine Mosallam, whose London-Cairo label Nadine Mos creates body-conscious ready-to-wear inspired by Egyptian heritage and the emotional texture of “home”; and Apoa, a Saudi jewellery brand known for their structural pieces conceived in Riyadh and handcrafted in Italy.

Recently, Harrods hosted a private breakfast preview, bringing together press, buyers, and fashion insiders for an exclusive look at the designers' pieces and a chance to meet the talent reshaping fashion narratives from the region. The collections will be available in-store from the beginning of June.
