Qatar Airways Adds Flights to Damascus, Tokyo & Nine Other Cities

As the peak summer season approaches, Qatar Airways is increasing flight frequencies across key destinations worldwide, enhancing connectivity through its award-winning hub, Hamad International Airport in Doha.

The airline has expanded services on multiple routes, including boosting flights to London Heathrow from 49 to 56 weekly and increasing connections to Amsterdam, Madrid, and Tokyo Narita to 11, 17, and 14 weekly flights, respectively. Additionally, flights to Larnaca, Cyprus, have been expanded from seven to 10 weekly services.

Regional travel is also seeing a surge, with Sharjah now operating 35 weekly flights, Damascus increasing to 14, and Tunis rising to 12 weekly services.

In Africa, flights to Entebbe have been expanded from seven to 11 weekly flights, Dar Es Salaam-Kilimanjaro from three to seven, and Maputo-Durban from five to seven, ensuring smoother travel for passengers heading to and from the continent.
