Saudi Ski Destination Trojena Will Host Kingdom’s First W Hotel
The 236-room hotel will be located in Lake Village, an upscale destination set alongside an artificial lake in Tabuk.
Trojena, a futuristic ski resort in the snow capped mountains of NEOM, will soon play host to the first W Hotel by Marriott International in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Alongside a planned JW Marriott, the W Hotel is part of a larger project of luxury hospitality partnerships between the city of NEOM and the globe’s leading hotel chains.
The 236-room hotel will be located in Lake Village, an upscale destination set alongside an artificial lake that had been dug in the rugged mountains of the Tabuk province. The property will feature signature brand spaces such as Living Room, Wet Deck, W Lounge and Away Spa, alongside four in-house restaurants and various retails spaces.Trojena is being developed as a year-round adventure sports destination and will be the official host of the Asian Winter Games in 2029.
