This Wellness Retreat in Dahab Offers Over 100 Free Healing Sessions
Share & Care is redefining what it means to gather—no tickets, no transactions, just an exchange of energies.

In the serene coastal town of Dahab, where the Sinai Desert meets the Red Sea, a remarkable wellness initiative is thriving—a space where individuals come together to share their talents, knowledge, and healing practices, entirely for free.
More than just an event, Share & Care is a living, breathing conscious community that goes beyond traditional yoga retreats and self-help workshops. It welcomes practitioners from all walks of wellness to offer workshops, group sessions, and one-on-one consultations in everything from yoga and meditation to sustainable living, creative arts, and spiritual guidance.
And, since the community’s activities are charged by the transformative power of giving, value is placed on human offerings and monetary constraints are communally shed—everyone is welcome.
The Woman Behind the Movement
Soha Radwan, an AUC alumna with a background in political science, events, and training, has been immersed in the realm of holistic health for over 15 years. Her journey began with the creation of ‘Inspired’ magazine, and through years of personal exploration and professional engagement, she realised that true well-being extends beyond skills and productivity. “We are still living in cities under stress,” she shares with SceneTraveller.
“Time management becomes another task on our list, adding to the imbalance.”
For Soha, the turning point came when she realised that lifestyle change, not skill accumulation, holds the key to genuine balance. This epiphany led her to delve deeper into Buddhist philosophy, meditation practices, and holistic health systems worldwide—from Ayurvedic treatments in India to bioresonance technologies in Europe. Eventually, this would all lead to the birth of Share & Care.
Drawn to Dahab’s Energy
With a profound connection to the coastal hub where wellness reigns supreme, Soha describes the city as a "portal" with high-frequency vibrations that attract all those seeking transformation.
“It’s like Bali,” she explains. “A lighthouse drawing people from all over the world to share their gifts.”
From sound healers and acupuncturists to digital nomads and spiritual guides, Dahab fosters an inclusive environment where simplicity and authenticity thrive. The natural beauty, coupled with its scientifically measured high BG (Biogeometry) energy levels, makes Dahab a sanctuary for those pursuing spiritual growth and the perfect home for the community Soha would soon found.
A Coastal Community Is Born
The idea for Share & Care was conceived in September 2021, amidst the collective reflection following the COVID-19 lockdowns. What began as an intimate rooftop gathering under a new moon slowly evolved into a vibrant, recurring assembly of individuals dedicated to conscious living.
“It was about breaking the isolation,” Soha recalls. “We wanted to create a space where people could give and receive freely, restoring the natural balance of energy exchange.”
The core of the community resonated with many, and as it opened its arms to all those wishing to contribute, it found practitioners ready to offer sessions, workshops, and one-on-one consultations. Over time, volunteers began managing logistics, documenting the event through photography and videography, and even designing the branding materials.
Once all is said, done and planned, visitors—those who attend to receive, learn, and experience—participate in group activities, attend workshops, and immerse themselves in the community's energy. While they don’t provide formal offerings, many become regular volunteers, growing the community further.
Throughout this whole process, monetary transactions are put to the side. Instead, the currency is genuine connection, gratitude, and the invaluable experience of shared growth.
A Wealth of Wellness Experiences
With each event spanning several days and featuring over 100 sessions, Share & Care’s offerings are, naturally, as diverse as the participants themselves—from sound healing orchestras by the water to creative arts workshops, business coaching, and sustainable living classes. The multiformity ensures that there is something for everyone, whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a curious newcomer.
Additionally, having made a home for itself in Dahab, Share & Care venues are carefully chosen to support local communities and to reflect the city’s natural beauty. Whether it’s the serene Zen Garden with its hand-built community spaces or the creative hub that is Mood’s Art House, each location contributes to the event’s holistic atmosphere and channels the city’s energy.
As for the dates, the events are scheduled to align with natural rhythms—new moons, solstices, and equinoxes—to enhance the energetic alignment of the participants.
Karma and Connections
Perhaps the most profound impact of Share & Care lies in its redefinition of abundance. Without the constraints of commercial transactions, participants often find themselves enriched beyond expectation.
“After the event, practitioners receive an influx of opportunities,” Soha notes. “It’s the law of karma in action—when you give with pure intentions, the universe responds in multiform.”
Many participants report increased bookings, collaborations, and personal growth following their involvement, illustrating the natural flow of abundance that arises from genuine, heartfelt exchanges.
The events also foster strong personal connections, often described as life-changing. The shared meals, community discussions, and spontaneous jam sessions create a familial atmosphere, reinforcing the idea that true wealth lies in relationships and shared experiences.
From Egypt to the World
As Share & Care continues to grow organically, Soha envisions expanding the initiative to urban centres like Cairo through events such as Cairo Wellness Week, bridging the gap between city life and holistic living. The goal is to make conscious practices accessible to all, not just those who can retreat to places like Dahab.
The ultimate dream? To establish a sustainable community—rooted in Egypt yet resonating worldwide—where holistic principles shape every aspect of life: education, food, relationships.
And so, as Share & Care continues to evolve, the invitation remains open—come, share, and be part of a movement where well-being thrives beyond borders.
