This Year’s Hottest Beach Club Openings in Dubai

As the sweltering summer season slowly approaches, all the waves prepare to halt their annual hiding and come out of hibernation – the stylistic and long-awaited beach waves, the temperate and refreshing ocean waves and, lastly, the dreaded and dreadful heat waves.

Notoriously difficult to escape, the UAE-based heat waves necessitate close proximity to any cool (or simply not burning) body of water at any of Dubai’s vibrant and opulent beach clubs, popping up all year round one right after the other.

However, if the city’s current abundant selection of lavish beach clubs is not enough to get you excited for the upcoming splash season, then maybe one of these new up-and-coming beach-side establishments might.

Sirene Beach by GAIA

📍: J1 Beach, La Mer
🍽: Greek Mediterranean

The opening of Sirene Beach by Gaia is arguably one of the most hotly-anticipated beach club openings of the year. Developed by the DIFC-famous Chef duo Izu Ani and Evgeny Kuzin, it will bring the brand’s delectable Greek-Mediterranean cuisine to one of the most popular shores in the region – La Mer.

Offering all-day luxury beachside experiences, what sets Sirene Beach by GAIA apart from the J1 Beach crowd is perhaps its all-white, contemporary, and Aegean-inspired aesthetic, guaranteed to transport you to the storied shores of Santorini.

PLAYA PACHA

📍: FIVE Luxe, JBR
🍽: Mediterranean

A household name within the world of partying, the legendary Pacha has debuted its first-ever pool and private beach club concept at FIVE Luxe, JBR.

Besides serving sumptuous Mediterranean dishes to get you through the day and offering creative cocktails to guide you through the night, this beach club will also provide an unparalleled lineup of Ibiza-style entertainment and – considering that they opened with Keinemusik – we have a feeling this is going to be the party place to be.

Gigi Rigolatto

📍: J1 Beach, La Mer
🍽: French Mediterranean

With endless planned openings for 2025, it’s difficult to choose just one to get excited about. Well, we think you should choose this one.

One of the most iconic beach clubs in St. Tropez, Gigi Rigolatto, which will serve up culinary delights inspired by Tuscany, will feature two terraces, a garden, a bar, a swimming pool, a kids’ circus and a wellness area. Now, if all that’s not enticing enough for you, Gigi Rigolatto will also offer guests direct beach access to one of Jumeirah’s most picturesque shores, La Mer.

LAVITA

📍: One at Palm Jumeirah Dorchester Collection, The Palm
🍽: Italian

Proof that even a mega metropolis like Dubai saves the best for last, the Italian beach house LAVITA is one of the final openings to arrive at the famed One at Palm Jumeirah by the Dorchester Collection.

Serving up Italian delicacies against the backdrop of the Dubai Marina and the Arabian Gulf, LAVITA, which is reachable by boat, will focus on music and entertainment, showcasing an impressive lineup of performers, international acts, and brand collaborations.

La Baia

📍: J1 Beach, La Mer
🍽: Italian

Bringing the eclectic and dynamic lifestyle of Manhattan to the heart of Dubai, La Baia – an upmarket Italian restaurant inspired by the Amalfi Coast – is poised to open its second-ever location right on the up-and-coming UAE coastline of La Mer.

Featuring panoramic sea views, a private beach area with stylish sunbeds and various dining options – including indoor and al fresco dining – La Baia is where those seeking a blend of New York flair, Italian charm, and Emirati allure can find their perfect mix.

O Beach

📍: Palm West Beach, The Palm
🍽: Mediterranean-Asian Fusion

An expert at playing with our emotions, O Beach, Ibiza’s famed party hotspot that was supposed to open its gates back in 2021 before the project was scrapped, is now finally opening along the beachfront of Dubai’s Habtoor Grand hotel on JBR, occupying the space formerly held by the now-closed Andreea’s beach club.

Known for its massive pool parties, lineup of international DJs and legendary champagne spray shows, O Beach appears to be on a mission to rival PLAYA PACHA.

Sakhalin

📍: J1 Beach, La Mer
🍽: Mediterranean-Asian

Set to showcase Mediterranean and Asian recipes curated by renowned chef Alexey Kogay, Sakhalin will boast a beach view terrace, a fountain in the centre of the space, and an illuminated roof installation made from shimmering light metal casts.

Along the shoreline, guests can relax on beach chaises, making it an ideal spot to spend the day and an even better location for capturing a new profile picture.

Zuma Dubai Beachhouse

📍: La Mer Beach
🍽: Japanese

Announcing plans to open a new beachside restaurant in La Mer, one of the top restaurants in the city, Zuma Dubai, will introduce Zuma Dubai Beachhouse.

With a sleek pool with day beds, a resident DJ playing throughout the day, a bar overlooking the sea, as well as access to the private beach, Zuma Beachhouse isn’t just the place to lounge, it’s also the place to munch on palatable izakaya food.
