Amazon Credit Card Launches in UAE
For the first time anywhere in the region, Amazon Credit Cards will be rolled out in UAE, in partnership with Emirates Islamic and Mastercard.

Emirates Islamic has partnered with Amazon UAE and Mastercard to launch the first Amazon credit card in the Middle East and North Africa, available exclusively in the United Arab Emirates. The co-branded Amazon Emirates Islamic Mastercard Credit Card will be accessible through a fully digital application, with applications opening in the coming months. The card carries no annual membership fees and offers up to 6% in value back on purchases made on Amazon.ae and up to 2.5% on purchases elsewhere. Benefits are credited instantly and can be redeemed as a discount on the next Amazon.ae purchase. Cardholders will have access to digital-first card management and loyalty features, with security supported by Mastercard’s tokenisation technology. Customers will also have access to 0% instalment plans on Amazon.ae and selected merchants, alongside a welcome bonus. Available in two variants, cardholders will receive Mastercard World or Platinum privileges, including access to more than 1000 airport lounges, Priceless Cities offers and discounts on experiences. Additional lifestyle benefits include discounts on flight and hotel bookings, complimentary valet parking, concierge services and access to golf courses. The programme provides unlimited value back on everyday spending, with incremental benefits on international purchases.
