Cairo Opera House Hosts International Biennale for Children's Art
The event will feature over 300 works by children from 17 countries, including Egypt, Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Qatar, Pakistan, Oman, Iraq and more.

The Cairo International Biennale for Children’s Art returns for its third edition at the Palace of Arts in the Cairo Opera House on Tuesday, August 12th. Opening at 7 PM, the biennale provides a platform for children from around the world to present their work, with this year’s theme focusing on climate change and environmental challenges.
Presented by Minister of Culture Ahmed Fouad Henno and organised by the Visual Arts Sector in collaboration with the AMSEA Association and the Faculty of Art Education, the event will feature over 300 works by children from 17 countries, including Egypt, Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Qatar, Pakistan, Oman, Iraq, Bangladesh, Romania, Poland, Yemen, India, the Philippines, Jordan, Ukraine, and Sudan.
Past editions explored the themes ‘A Portrait of My Country’ (2022) and ‘My Favourite Place’ (2019).
