MENA Startup Investments Increase by 371% in February
Over $494 million have been raised by MENA startups in February.

Startups across the MENA region have raised $494 million across 58 deals in February 2025, marking a 371% increase in investment activity from January, a recent report by Wamda reveals.
Saudi Arabia tops the list for February, raising $250 million across 25 deals in February. This is driven in part by the 2025 LEAP Conference, where many startups announced their close deals. The UAE follows in second place, with 15 of its startups raising $203 million this February. Egypt came in distant third, with $27.5 million raised by eight startups. Finally, Oman came back to the top four this February, with two startups raising over $6 million.
