Saudi Arabia's Biban Forum 2025 Seals Over $10B in Agreements

Saudi Arabia’s Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority, known as Monsha’at, closed the four-day Biban Forum 2025 in Riyadh under the theme 'Global Destination for Opportunities', with agreements exceeding $10 billion and attendance of over 100,000.

On day one, 21 agreements and memoranda of understanding launched initiatives worth over $5.95 billion (SR22.3 billion) to support entrepreneurship, followed on day two by 22 additional agreements and five initiatives aimed at empowering small and medium enterprises. Day three included 11 agreements, with launches exceeding $2.03 billion (SR7.6 billion) to finance entrepreneurial projects, while the final day saw four cooperation agreements and initiatives valued at nearly $2.16 billion (SR8.1 billion).

More than 200 local and international speakers took part in discussions covering artificial intelligence, sustainability, and finance, alongside over 80 workshops, 2,150 consultations, and 1,000 mentorship sessions. Biban is one of the largest entrepreneurial platforms in Saudi Arabia, focused on empowering entrepreneurs, supporting small and medium enterprises, and enhancing national economic competitiveness. Since its inception, it has served as a meeting point for entrepreneurs, investors, decision-makers, and enabling entities, with programmes spanning the entrepreneurial journey from establishment to growth.

The forum also featured agreements with organisations from Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, India, Sweden and France to foster international cooperation and investment, while the top five entrepreneurial universities in the Kingdom we honoured, as well as winners of the event competitions and key financing entities for 2024.
