1,100 Jobs Are Now Available at El Dabaa Nuclear Plant

The Ministry of Labour has announced 1,100 new job opportunities at the El Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant construction site in Matrouh Governorate. The recruitment campaign is being run in coordination with a contracting company operating at the site and is part of ongoing workforce expansion linked to the project. The available vacancies include welders, metal-structure fitters and external finishing workers. According to the ministry, salaries start at approximately EGP 13,000 and may reach up to EGP 40,000 depending on experience, trade test results and performance evaluations. Selected workers will receive accommodation, three daily meals and transport to and from the site, along with social and health insurance coverage. Applicants will be tested and hired on location in El Dabaa, with assessments scheduled from Sunday to Thursday each week between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Recruitment will continue until all positions are filled. The work schedule will follow an eight-hour day under a 24-days-on, six-days-off monthly cycle.
