937 Medical Hotline Offers Multilingual Support for Hajj 2025
For Hajj 2025, the Ministry of Health expands its medical assistance services in seven languages.

In preparation for Hajj 2025, the Ministry of Health has expanded its 937 emergency hotline to offer round-the-clock medical support in seven languages: Arabic, English, French, Urdu, Indonesian, Farsi, and Turkish. The service aims to support the health and safety of millions of pilgrims expected to arrive from over 180 countries.
Staffed by trained multilingual professionals, the hotline will provide real-time medical consultations, respond to urgent health concerns, and direct callers to nearby healthcare facilities when needed.
The 937 hotline is part of a broader healthcare system deployed for Hajj, which includes hospitals, clinics, mobile medical units, and on-ground response teams across Makkah and Madinah.
With Hajj beginning on June 4th and Arafat Day falling on June 5th, pilgrims are being urged to save the hotline number and prioritise their health, particularly in light of high temperatures and expected large crowds.
