AlUla Wins Triple Honour at World Travel Awards 2025

Saudi Arabia’s heritage destination AlUla has achieved a triple win at the 2025 World Travel Awards 2025, having been named the 'Middle East’s Leading Cultural Tourism Project 2025', 'Middle East’s Leading Festival & Event Destination 2025' and 'Saudi Arabia’s Leading Cultural Tourism Project 2025'.

This marks the third consecutive year AlUla has secured leading honours at the event, following similar successes in 2024 and 2023. The Royal Commission for AlUla credited the recognition to its focus on sustainable, community-driven tourism rooted in local heritage. With its dramatic desert landscapes, rock formations, and ancient sites like Hegra — Saudi Arabia’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site — AlUla has emerged as a standout cultural destination.
