Donald Trump to Build Omani Development Project Worth USD 200 Million

Former US President Donald Trump is planning to establish a luxury residential community in Oman worth USD 200 million. These homes will be located within AIDA, one of the sultanate’s largest developments, which had been developed by Dar Global, Trump’s partner in the new villa project. Located near Muscat as well as five UNESCO world heritage destinations, this project features stunning views of the cliffs of the Arabian Gulf.

Located within the Trump International Golf Club, purchase of one of these homes grants elite membership at the club. This membership comes with multiple perks, including access to the state-of-the-art clubhouse, as well as the club’s many parks and recreational spaces. The location also offers sea views from an elevation of more than 130 metres.
