Dubai Police Launches New Digital Platform With Legal Services

Dubai Police has launched a second generation official website and smart application together with a dedicated Lawyers Platform, expanding digital access to legal services as part of Dubai’s wider digital transformation and zero bureaucracy agenda.
The Lawyers Platform offers seven services for lawyers and legal consultants, including linking and electronically signing powers of attorney, issuing Good Conduct Search Certificates to support the lifting of circulars, filing criminal complaints on behalf of clients after identity verification, issuing To Whom It May Concern certificates, obtaining permits for virtual visits with detainees or inmates, and enquiring about circulars and travel bans with direct digital payment and case closure.
Dubai Police said the services allow procedures to be completed online, reducing reliance on visits to police stations and enabling real time tracking of requests.
The upgraded website and app operate through the approved digital identity and provide services in seven United Nations official languages, with artificial intelligence systems supporting more than 268 languages.
The new platform introduces a centralised Services Portal and Customer 360 Profile across the website and app, giving users a single dashboard to manage requests, complaints and reports, supported by unified notifications and alerts. Dedicated Lawyers Workspaces enable digital case and client management, while an integrated request tracking system provides timelines and updates via email, SMS and in platform notifications. A smart advisory tool, Dubai Police AIX, is also available to guide users through services, reports and enquiries.
