Dubai Upgrades RTA App to Improve Road and Transport Services

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has released an updated version of its RTA App in order to provide users with streamlined access to all of their services.

This upgrade marks a transformative shift towards a one-stop-shop solution, enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring quick access to essential services.

The new app introduces a personalised dashboard, a user-friendly interface which offers quick actions for essential services such as the renewal of vehicle and driving licences, and the buying of parking tickets. In addition, the app features multiple new features including online SALIK payments, voucher top-ups and NOL top-ups.

The Dubai RTA Application’s new upgraded edition is now available for download on both iOS and Android platforms.
