Emirati Work Bundle Launches to Streamline Hiring in Private Sector
The Emirati Work Bundle integrates hiring, identity, health and pension services into one digital process, reducing paperwork and speeding up private sector employment for Emiratis.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has introduced a new digital service aimed at simplifying the hiring of Emiratis in the private sector, bringing multiple government procedures into a single, streamlined workflow.
Known as the Emirati Work Bundle in the Private Sector, the service is designed to reduce paperwork, standardise documentation and speed up employment-related processes. It forms part of the country’s wider Emiratisation strategy and the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme, which seeks to minimise administrative steps across public services.
The bundle integrates services from several government entities into one end-to-end process. These include the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, the General Pension and Social Security Authority, and health authorities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. By linking these systems, the service removes the need for repeated data submissions and manual follow-ups between institutions.
Through the new workflow, Emiratis can move from registering on the Nafis employment platform and applying for private-sector roles to being hired and automatically enrolled in pension and social security systems. Once employment is confirmed, the related government registrations are processed digitally without requiring separate applications.
