‘Love Is Blind: Habibi’ Earns International Emmy Nomination
Netflix’s ‘Love Is Blind: Habibi’, filmed in the UAE and Lebanon with contestants from across the Arab world, has been nominated for an International Emmy in the Non-Scripted Entertainment category.

Netflix’s UAE-based reality series ‘Love Is Blind: Habibi’ has been nominated for an International Emmy Award in the Non-Scripted Entertainment category, making it the first spin-off from the global franchise to achieve Emmy recognition.
The show brings together 20 singles from across the Arab world, including participants from Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, Morocco, and Tunisia, many of whom are based in the UAE. Since its debut on Netflix in October 2024, the series has sparked widespread discussion, particularly around its reunion and wedding episodes.
The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences announced this year’s nominees across 16 categories, with 64 programmes from 26 countries competing. Winners will be revealed at the 53rd International Emmy Awards Gala in New York on November 24th, 2025.
