Phase Two of Haya Karima Campaign for Rural Enrichment Begins in June

As of June 2022, the second phase of the presidential ‘Haya Karima’ initiative to enhance rural life will kick off, with 52 new centres commencing construction across Egypt’s governorates. 

Right now, the Ministry of Social Solidarity is working with the relevant authorities to designate the needed plots of land to build these service centres. The exact cities and villages haven’t yet been disclosed.

During the initiative’s first phase, over 5,000 plots of land were allocated to the construction of Haya Karima’s 52 centres. The second phase will see another 52 centres open, while the third phase will finalise the construction of 45 more centres.
