Saudi Cricket Federation Partners With International League T20

The Saudi Arabian Cricket Federation has partnered with the International League T20 to stage league matches in Saudi Arabia, with plans in place to hold women’s games as well. The collaboration takes effect from the upcoming season, which starts on December 2nd, 2025.

The partnership includes work with the Saudi Arabian Cricket Federation and its commercial arm, the Cricket Investment Company, on developing the game and local talent.

The International League T20 Season 4 Player Auction required each franchise to secure at least one player from Saudi Arabia, creating a direct pathway for Saudi players into the competition. In the coming years, league matches will also be staged in Saudi Arabia, and from next year a development tournament will take place in the Kingdom to provide opportunities for local talent to push for selection in the main event.
