Sign Language Added to Information System of Metro Line 3 & LRT

Coinciding with the International Day of Sign Language, it has been announced that Cairo Metro Line 3 as well as the Light Rail Transit (LRT) will add sign language into their information system. The project will kick off with a pilot phase, and will include training for ticket sellers to communicate in sign language, as well as the establishment of videos that use sign language on the trains.

The first and second phases of the LRT have already been opened by the Ministry of Transport, starting from Adly Mansour Station.
