Trump Plaza Jeddah Announced as USD 1 Billion Mixed-Use Development
Dar Global has unveiled Trump Plaza Jeddah, a USD 1 billion mixed-use project combining residences, offices and retail.
Dar Global has announced the launch of Trump Plaza Jeddah, a USD 1 billion mixed-use development that will combine residential, commercial, retail, and lifestyle components in the Red Sea city. The project represents the developer’s third collaboration with the Trump Organization in Saudi Arabia, following the unveiling of Trump Tower Jeddah in December 2024.
The development will include executive and premium residences, home offices, retail spaces, and curated dining concepts.
A central feature of the project is a members-only Vitality Club, spanning approximately 4,000 square metres, which will house wellness, leisure, and recovery facilities. Planned amenities include golf simulators, a spa, sports medicine and recovery services, swimming pools, dining venues, and dedicated lounge spaces such as a cigar and library area.
Retail and dining offerings within the project are set to include Trump-branded concepts such as Trump Grill and Trump Daily, alongside an artisan bakery and a fitness pro shop. Dar Global said the project has been designed as an integrated lifestyle destination rather than a single-use development.
Eric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump Organization, said the project reflects continued expansion in the Saudi market and confidence in Jeddah’s position as a regional and international hub. Dar Global chief executive Ziad El Chaar described the development as a milestone within the company’s Saudi portfolio, positioning it as a mixed-use urban ecosystem aimed at residents seeking combined living, working, and leisure spaces.
Trump Plaza Jeddah is located within the wider Amaya development, which spans around 1 million square metres. The site benefits from foreign-ownership incentives, a 0% capital gains tax, and ongoing infrastructure investment, according to Dar Global.
Earlier this month, the developer also launched the first of two Trump-branded projects planned for Riyadh, announcing a 2.6 million square metre Trump International Golf Club in Wadi Safar.
