Kansas Fried Chicken Drops…Dubai Chocolate Fries?

Just 17 hours ago, the SceneEats WhatsApp group was deep in conversation—a singular question had sent us spiraling: "What else is left to put pistachio sauce on?" What followed was a mix of subjectively hilarious responses, existential F&B industry commentary, and increasingly ludicrous suggestions on where pistachio might go next before we officially cross the line into culinary blasphemy.
Someone said fries. French fries. We laughed. We moved on.
And then, this morning, it happened.
Kansas Fried Chicken did it. They actually did it. Chocolate and pistachio sauce on fries. We have no words. It’s too soon for an April Fool’s joke, and we’re too far gone in this pistachio era to pretend this is satire.
