City Edge Developments Launches Centria & Verandas in New Garden City

Amidst the rising structures of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital emerges New Garden City, one of City Edge Developments latest projects. Like a time capsule, it reveals itself as a blueprint of the Khedival era with its metropolitan design and architectural charm, placed strategically in the New Administrative Capital’s first phase between the Middle Ring Road and the Regional Ring Road.

New Garden City offers proximity and easy access to key surrounding landmarks whilst overlooking the lush landscapes of the New Administrative Capital’s Green River, Commercial Business District and Iconic Tower. Spanning 885 feddans, the layout of New Garden City reveals a balanced master plan that seamlessly integrates residential neighbourhoods with commercial services and recreational green spaces, offering a practical and efficient lifestyle.

Currently, City Edge Developments is gearing up to unveil two vibrant zones at the heart of New Garden City: Centria and Verandas.

Overlooking a lush, central green park, Centria offers sweeping views of greenery. Centria’s architectural layout creates secluded retreats exclusively for residents, blending tranquillity within the vibrant community living.

Centria comes in 15 delicately designed buildings with ground floors designated for commercial activities. The design thoughtfully merges convenience with luxury, prioritising residents' needs while offering a lifestyle of comfort and ease.

Meanwhile, Verandas offers 10 buildings thoughtfully arranged around a central square, offering expansive views. Within, tranquil courtyards create a private oasis where residents can unwind and savour their surroundings.

Crowned with domes, Verandas’ architecture incorporates circular motifs symbolising eternity, echoing the timeless designs found in 19th century Cairo.
