Opening in 2028, Dubai’s Burj Azizi is set to become the second-tallest building in the world. Towering at 725 meters with 131 floors, the Sheikh Zayed Road skyscraper is poised to break multiple records, including hosting the world’s highest nightclub on its 126th floor and offering a one-of-a-kind ‘adrenaline zone’ designed to give residents a feeling of “living in the clouds.”
The AED 6 billion development will also feature the highest hotel lobby on level 11, the highest observation deck on level 130, the highest restaurant on level 122, and the highest hotel room on level 118. Beyond record-breaking heights, Burj Azizi will provide an array of amenities, including wellness centers, swimming pools, a vertical mall spread across seven floors, cinemas, a beach club, and a luxury ballroom.
